They can contact a nurse if they have any questions. Read more here.
This is important for you because it is nice to see the medical establishment empowering women to take care of themselves, and especially for accommodating women with risky pregnancies for whom getting to the doctor so frequently can be difficult.

To spare other women, she has written a book – Pregnancy OMG! – that promises to do exactly that. Unlike most other pregnancy books, which are arranged chronologically, this one is arranged by body part – and filled with photos. Read more here.
This is important for you because if you are alarmed by anything your body is doing differently during pregnancy – chances are some other woman’s body has done it before, and that knowledge can definitely help you through it.
