IODINE DURING PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING
Iodine is a chemical element and what’s called a trace nutrient, a chemical that your body needs, but in very small concentrations, and that is present in food and in the environment. Like all elements, iodine can exist in elemental form or it can exist as part of chemical compounds. In your diet, iodine usually exists as iodide; this is to say an ion that is part of a salt. BLOOD SPOTTING IN PREGNANCY
When you want to be pregnant, any bleeding might make you worry. The truth is, there is a whole range of normal during early pregnancy. Some people experience spotting or even bleeding and go on to have healthy pregnancies and babies, while others do not have any bleeding during pregnancy at all.
